About: We came across this coffee while we were travelling in Colombia in 2018. Out of 100+ coffees we tasted, this micro lot from Albeiro stood out with its juicy acidity and body. The region Palestina is also known as Aqua Azul (which means “Blue Water” ) , as the area is surrounded by several rivers which provide - clean water to the whole region of Huila.
