About: This coffee is grown and processed by Jairo Arcila and his son Filipe at Finca Mazatlan, Quindio. Filipe is one of the first succesfull farmers who employed this new processing method in Colombia. This variety, Catimor, has high yield and disease resitance. You will be surprised how amazing the Catimor variety can taste when it is carefully hand picked and combined with the honey process.
