This ideal climate and elevation support slow cherry maturation resulting in enhanced flavour complexity. Farmers handpick ripe cherries and use innovative methods like carbonic maceration to highlight fruity, vibrant profiles. Tracon invests in the community through educational programs, supporting sustainable farming and brighter futures for local families.
