His journey began with seeds from a friend, sparking a lifelong dedication to mastering processing, varieties, and cupping. Together with his wife and daughters, he ensures exceptional quality and traceability on their farm, surrounded by volcanoes and rich biodiversity. His natural process coffee, developed through experimentation and collaboration, involves selecting only ripe cherries, fermenting them in bags for 48 hours, and drying on raised African beds for 20–25 days.
