Local varieties like Welisho and Dega thrive here. Small-scale farmers cultivate plots often measured by tree count, using traditional, organic methods. Coffee grows alongside food crops beneath dense shade from false-banana and other trees, creating a sustainable, harmonious ecosystem. During harvest, ripe cherries are handpicked daily from 476 surrounding households, ensuring exceptional quality and freshness in every batch.
