The remarkable Los Madrigal Micromill is in Costa Rica’s most productive and arguably most famous coffee region, Tarrazú. Managed by Diego Armando Madrigal Ureña, who, along with his brother, has cultivated a lifelong passion for coffee production since inheriting their family's 25-hectare farms when they just 11 and 13 years old.

Together they demonstrate a strong commitment to environmental stewardship through sustainable practices and reforestation efforts. Looking to the future, Diego plans to renew existing coffee trees and plant new varieties as opportunities arise.
