Origin Story

Finca Oconor is a 67-hectare farm in the highlands of Nueva Segovia, founded in 1992 and owned by Isacio Javier Albir. The land was restored after the conflicts of the 1980s, replanted with forest and fruit trees, and today more than 10 hectares are protected for biodiversity. During harvest the farm employs over 180 people, with many offered year-round work. This lot, an anaerobic processed Obata, reflects the farm’s environment and care, showing natural sweetness, clarity, and a bright, fruit-forward character in the cup.

Travelling to visit our producing partners is key to nurturing relationships that matter.

Consistency and quality

From origin to roastery, every step is about consistency. Every shipment we receive is cupped and compared against its pre-ship sample to confirm that the coffee matches the quality and profile we expect. It’s a process that demands time and focus, but it’s what ensures every batch of Deluca coffee delivers on flavour and reliability.

Shipping & Dispatch

We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia and free shipping on orders over a certain value (shown at checkout).

  • Express Post: $15

Orders are shipped on Tuesday's and Thursday's.

Orders placed by 2pm on Monday and Wednesday will be shipped next day, otherwise your order will be sent on the next shipping day.

We ship via Australia Post.

Parcel Post usually takes 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.

Express Post usually takes 1 to 2 business days.

Regional areas may take a little longer.
