Today, Deluca Coffee roasts in Marrickville, at the creative heart of Sydney’s food and drink culture. We partner with cafes across the city, source coffee with transparency and respect, and continue to push for consistency and excellence in everything we do.
In 2020, we moved into our purpose built Marrickville facility, designed to reflect who we are and what we stand for. When planning the space, our founder asked one question. If I were the best roaster in the country, what would my ideal roasting facility look like?
Our goal was simple. Attract and inspire the best talent. So we built a space the best talent would want to work in. With Probat and Diedrich roasters, green silos, and automated packing systems, the facility ensures that work which does not influence quality is handled by machines. That leaves our people to focus on what truly matters, the craft of roasting.
To us, coffee is not just a product. It is a daily act of generosity. A ritual that brings people together. A companion that offers certainty when you need comfort, and inspiration when you are ready for adventure.

Deluca was born in cafes, and that is where our heart remains. We exist to support baristas, cafe owners, and hospitality professionals who share our respect for craft and service.
From training and calibration to shared cuppings and community events, we are here to build relationships that last, because great coffee is only as good as the people behind it. We see connection as a responsibility, which means being present, being useful, and helping our partners succeed in the real day to day. When our community grows in skill, confidence, and pride, the entire coffee experience for their customers grows with it.
Inspired by Legacy
Our story began as a family one. Our founder was born into coffee, raised in his fathers cafe, and learned early what it means to serve people with care and consistency. The sense of hospitality, respect, and pride that he brought to every cup still guides us today.
We honour that legacy by investing in the next generation of coffee professionals, creating pathways from barista to roaster, technician, trainer, and beyond.
Deluca is now a team of roasters, trainers, and service professionals united by one purpose: to pursue quality and connection through every cup we serve.
