What day do you ship Subscription Club?

Subscription Club orders are shipped on Tuesday's.

Orders are shipped on Tuesday's and Thursday's.

Orders placed by 2pm on Monday and Wednesday will be shipped next day, otherwise your order will be sent on the next shipping day.

We ship via Australia Post.

Parcel Post usually takes 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.

Express Post usually takes 1 to 2 business days.

Regional areas may take a little longer.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia and free shipping on orders over a certain value (shown at checkout).

How can I track my order?

Ready To Brew

What does "Ready to Brew" mean?

Ready to Brew means the coffee has rested after it was roasted in the previous calendar week and is now ready to be brewed with any method you prefer. This resting period allows the coffee to degas and is essential for achieving the best tasting result.

Subscriptions

How do I join the Deluca Coffee Subscription Club?

Visit our Subscription Club page, select your favourite coffee, choose the bag size, and pick your delivery schedule. We’ll roast and ship it Tuesday’s so you have it ready to brew for the weekend, fresh on repeat - easy and reliable.

Can I pause, skip, or cancel my subscription?

Yes. Log into your account, go to Manage Subscriptions, and you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime. No lock-ins, no hassle.

Can my café serve Deluca Coffee?

Head to our Work With Us page and fill out the enquiry form. Our wholesale team will get in touch within one business day to learn more about your café and coffee goals.

Coffee & Storage

How should I store my coffee beans to keep them fresh?

Keep your beans in an airtight container, away from sunlight, heat, and moisture. Store them in a cool, dry place.

When should I drink my coffee?
  • Sweet Spot and Espresso Roasts:
    7–28 days from roast date, or
    within 14 days of opening.
  • Filter Roasts:
    2–35 days from roast date, or
    within 14 days of opening.
Do you sell pre-ground coffee?

Yes, you can select your grind size when you select your product.

For the best flavour, a grinder is the best investment you can make to brew delicious coffee.

What if my coffee arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us at info@delucacoffee.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right quickly.

Do you have a direct support line?
