Origin Story

Cherries are meticulously handpicked and delivered to the Ruona Factory—an esteemed wet mill under the Ruchu Gacharage Farmers Cooperative Society, established in 1961. With only about 600 farmers contributing to this lot, it reflects a deep commitment to quality and tradition. Washed with pristine river water and nurtured by volcanic soils, high altitudes, and cool mountain air, this coffee offers a cup profile that is vibrant, complex, and truly remarkable.

Many of our producers have worked with us for years, refining the characteristics of the coffee we seek.These relationships are built on mutual respect and open communication. Travelling to visit our producing partners is key to nurturing relationships that matter.
Consistency and quality

From origin to roastery, every step is about consistency. Every shipment we receive is cupped and compared against its pre-ship sample to confirm that the coffee matches the quality and profile we expect. It’s a process that demands time and focus, but it’s what ensures every batch of Deluca coffee delivers on flavour and reliability.
Shipping & Dispatch

We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia and free shipping on orders over a certain value (shown at checkout).

  • Parcel Post: $8
  • Express Post: $15

Orders are shipped on Tuesday's and Thursday's.

Orders placed by 2pm on Monday and Wednesday will be shipped next day, otherwise your order will be sent on the next shipping day.

We ship via Australia Post.

Parcel Post usually takes 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.

Express Post usually takes 1 to 2 business days.
