This washed Ethiopian lot offers a delicate expressive cup shaped by high elevations and traditional processing. Ripe cherries are handpicked and carefully sorted before pulping and fermenting for 48 - 72 hours. After washing and floating to remove defects, the coffee is dried slowly on African raised beds for 8 -15 days, producing a clean and elegant profile with soft stone fruit sweetness, gentle honeyed depth and a fragrant tea like finish.
