Origin Story

Grown at 1800–2200m, it features Kurume and Dega varietals. Ripe cherries are delivered to local washing stations, sorted, de-pulped, and fermented for 48–72 hours depending on weather. After fermentation, beans are washed and dried on raised African beds for 10–15 days, with constant turning to ensure even drying. This meticulous process yields a coffee known for its sweetness, complexity, and limited availability, making Lalesa a highly prized origin in the specialty coffee world.

Consistency and quality

From origin to roastery, every step is about consistency. Every shipment we receive is cupped and compared against its pre-ship sample to confirm that the coffee matches the quality and profile we expect. It’s a process that demands time and focus, but it’s what ensures every batch of Deluca coffee delivers on flavour and reliability.

Shipping & Dispatch

We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia and free shipping on orders over a certain value (shown at checkout).

  • Express Post: $15

Orders are shipped on Tuesday's and Thursday's.

Orders placed by 2pm on Monday and Wednesday will be shipped next day, otherwise your order will be sent on the next shipping day.

We ship via Australia Post.

Parcel Post usually takes 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.

Express Post usually takes 1 to 2 business days.

Regional areas may take a little longer.
