Origin Story

For the past twenty years, Mayelo Toro has farmed coffee at Finca El Mirador, named for its sweeping mountain views. One of his most cherished plots, Villa Andrea, honours his daughter and represents the farm’s highest potential. His shift into specialty coffee began when cuppers repeatedly recognised the quality of his lots, inspiring him deepen his training. With better income, Mayelo has begun modernising the farm - including building a duct system to move cherries directly from the field to post-harvest tanks, a milestone he describes as one of his proudest moments.

Every coffee has a story. Every cup connects people. Sourcing coffee is not just about logistics and contracts. It’s about people, patience, and purpose. Every bag of green coffee represents someone’s work, someone’s story, and a shared pursuit of excellence.

Many of our producers have worked with us for years, refining the characteristics of the coffee we seek.These relationships are built on mutual respect and open communication. Travelling to visit our producing partners is key to nurturing relationships that matter.
Consistency and quality

From origin to roastery, every step is about consistency. Every shipment we receive is cupped and compared against its pre-ship sample to confirm that the coffee matches the quality and profile we expect. It’s a process that demands time and focus, but it’s what ensures every batch of Deluca coffee delivers on flavour and reliability.
Shipping & Dispatch

We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia and free shipping on orders over a certain value (shown at checkout).

  • Parcel Post: $8
  • Express Post: $15

Orders are shipped on Tuesday's and Thursday's.

Orders placed by 2pm on Monday and Wednesday will be shipped next day, otherwise your order will be sent on the next shipping day.

We ship via Australia Post.

Parcel Post usually takes 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.

Express Post usually takes 1 to 2 business days.

Regional areas may take a little longer.
