Origin Story

Elkin Guzman is one of Huila’s most innovative producers, combining agricultural engineering with hands on experimentation at his family’s farm, El Mirador. Raised by generations of coffee growers, he approaches processing through rigorous research, inspired early on by the work of Dr. Flávio Borém. His curiosity has led to unique methods like the “Natura-Hydro-Honey” technique - unusual, but remarkably successful in creating distinctive flavour profiles. Elkin also shares his knowledge with neighbouring producers, emphasising that coffee growers are skilled experts whose work shapes the future of the industry. His goal: healthier farms, better processes, and stronger opportunities for the next generation.

Consistency and quality

From origin to roastery, every step is about consistency. Every shipment we receive is cupped and compared against its pre-ship sample to confirm that the coffee matches the quality and profile we expect. It’s a process that demands time and focus, but it’s what ensures every batch of Deluca coffee delivers on flavour and reliability.

We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia and free shipping on orders over a certain value (shown at checkout).

Orders are shipped on Tuesday's and Thursday's.

Orders placed by 2pm on Monday and Wednesday will be shipped next day, otherwise your order will be sent on the next shipping day.

We ship via Australia Post.

Parcel Post usually takes 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.

Express Post usually takes 1 to 2 business days.
