About: This coffee comes from the washing station at Adado, Shara village in the Yirgacheffe region, named after the local tribe "Adado". Haftom Gebreegziabher manages around 500 small farmers in the surrounding area, mostly focusing on high quality Grade 1 coffees. Adado Shara is a fantastic example of what an Yirgacheffe grown coffee can be, in regards to its floral nuance, delicate sweetness and sparkling acidity.
