In the misty highlands of Gedeb, on Yirgacheffe’s southern edge, smallholder farmers handpick ripe coffee cherries from gardens rooted in rich red soil. At 1,700–2,200 meters, heirloom Arabica varieties thrive under cool mountain breezes, developing unique complexity.
Sun-dried on raised beds using the traditional natural process, each bean reveals juicy notes of dark and red berries, with hints of honey and chocolate. Yirgacheffe Moki captures the essence of its origin - a coffee as bright, layered, and intricate as the landscapes it comes from, crafted by generations and perfected by nature.

Our relationships are built at Origin. We create partnerships built on respect, shared goals, and good coffee. We believe the best coffees come from long-term partnerships. Many of our producers have worked with us for years, refining the characteristics of the coffee we seek.These relationships are built on mutual respect and open communication. Travelling to visit our producing partners is key to nurturing relationships that matter.
Consistency and quality
From origin to roastery, every step is about consistency. Every shipment we receive is cupped and compared against its pre-ship sample to confirm that the coffee matches the quality and profile we expect. It’s a process that demands time and focus, but it’s what ensures every batch of Deluca coffee delivers on flavour and reliability.

We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia and free shipping on orders over a certain value (shown at checkout).

Parcel Post: $8
Express Post: $15
Orders are shipped on Tuesday's and Thursday's.
Orders placed by 2pm on Monday and Wednesday will be shipped next day, otherwise your order will be sent on the next shipping day.
We ship via Australia Post.
Parcel Post usually takes 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
Express Post usually takes 1 to 2 business days.
Regional areas may take a little longer.
