About: Buziraguhindwa is a washing station owned by the producer Salum Ramadhan. Around 3000 farmers sell their cherry to the mill at various collection points throughout the region. This washed coffee is dry fermented for 15- 16 hours, wet fermented for 14 and soaked underwater for another 10. We are delighted to share this micro lot to showcase the bright complex acidity and intence sweetness which only high alitutude climate can produce.
