Welcome to Delucacoffee.com. We are a specialty coffee brand and online store. We supply wholesale and retail customers with high quality freshly roasted coffee and provide support on the quest for the ultimate cup of coffee.
Our roastery is based in Sydney Australia. All products & services are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Where applicable, GST is included in the price.
When using this website’s particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms and conditions.
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “Us”, “Our” and “We” refers to Delucacoffee.com and “You” and “Your” refers to you, the client, visitor, website user or person using our website.
You must be over 18 years of age to use this website and to purchase any goods or services.
Any participation in this site will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this site.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday or the next business day. Please note we are closed for all weekends and public holidays.
If a product you order is unavailable for delivery within 7 working days, we will contact you and give you the option of a refund for that item.
If you have not elected to leave your delivery unattended, and someone is not present to receive it, it will be returned to the logistic company’s depot. You will need to contact Go Logistics directly on (02) 9748 5000 between 8am and 5:30pm Mon –Fri to arrange redelivery.
Returns and Refunds Policy
We endeavor to deliver you the freshest and most delicious coffee beans and provide you the information you need to brew them correctly so that you can enjoy great coffee.
If you have any questions about the products we have sent you, check out the brew guide on our website or email us at email@example.com and we will try to help you.
We do not refund for change of mind and we are not required to provide refunds or replace any goods, which have been used, connected, or installed, unless they have major faults.
If you have received a faulty item, please contact us before returning the item. All returned goods must be sent via a traceable and pre-paid method in appropriate packaging to avoid in-transit damage.
If upon inspection the goods are deemed faulty we will provide a refund for the cost of the goods. In case of faulty items, we will also refund the cost of return shipment once assessed.
Refunds will be processed via the same method as the customer’s original payment (PayPal/Visa/MasterCard).
Site updates and revisions
Delucacoffee.com may change, terminate, suspend or discontinue any aspect of this web site including its terms & conditions at any chosen time, without notice. Your continued use of this web site after any changes will be construed as acceptance of any changes to any of the terms & conditions.
Limitation of Liability
We try to provide you with accurate and up to date information but we are not responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via this site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.
The information on this Site is protected under Australian copyright laws. Unless otherwise stated, the Delucacoffee.com website & all of its contents (including without limitation, all text, photographs, images, video & audio) are exclusive property of Delucacoffee.com.
Laws that Govern these Terms and Conditions
This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of NSW and Australia. If there is a dispute between you and Delucacoffee.com that results in litigation then you must submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.

This website may contain links to other websites. These links are meant for your convenience only. Links to third party websites do not constitute sponsorship or endorsement or approval of these websites.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delucacoffee.com absolutely disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose. Delucacoffee.com gives no warranty that the goods or services will be free of errors, or that defects will be corrected, or that our website or its server is free of viruses or any other harmful components.
Coffee subscriptions are paid for in advance and include a set amount of coffee beans delivered in installments. If you need to alter the delivery date of an unfilled subscription order please contact us before delivery is due at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate you. We will not cancel a subscription and refund for unmade deliveries, but we are happy to alter the address and details for any remaining deliveries due as part of the subscription. Please note additional delivery fees may apply depending on the updated delivery details.
Automatic renewal of subscriptions is available. To arrange please contact us at email@example.com to organise.
Exclusion of Competitors
If you are in the business of creating similar goods or services for the purpose of providing them for a fee to users, whether they are business users or domestic users, then you are a competitor of Delucacoffee.com. Delucacoffee.com expressly excludes and does not permit you to use or access our website, to download any documents or information from our website or obtain any such documents or information through a third party. If you breach this term then Delucacoffee.com will hold you fully responsible for any loss that we may sustain and further hold you accountable for all profits that you might make from such unpermitted and improper use. Delucacoffee.com reserves the right to exclude and deny any person access to our website, services or information in our sole discretion.
